Georgia Manolitsi & Associates is an architecture and interior design studio based in Attica, Greece, working across residential villas, renovations and interiors.
From a single drawing board.
The studio began in 2011 with a simple conviction: that architecture and interiors should be authored by the same hand. Too many beautiful houses lose themselves the moment you step inside.
Since then we have delivered private villas, renovations and interior schemes across Attica and the islands — each one shaped by its site, its light, and the way its owners actually live.

Can you help with building permits and licensing?+
Absolutely. With licensed engineers in-house, we manage the permits, structural coordination and regulatory approvals as part of the design process rather than outsourcing them.
Do you take on renovations, or only new builds?+
Both. We regularly reshape existing homes and older properties, balancing what is worth preserving with the comfort and light of a contemporary home.
